On the WAP

Hello!!! Is somebody could explain me why when I send a message on the
WAP with my mobile, all my recipients receive the characters with accent in
an odd form.

Here an example:
� è é ç ù où ça

The origin text was:
à è é ç ù où ça


Can we rectify this problem?

I use a Nokia 3510i.

a "message on WAP"??? what kind of message? a text message? an email? an IM
message? have you tried it from a different phone?
