Nokia 6600: Setting up WAP

There seem to have been a few posts recently from people having
problems setting up WAP over GPRS on a 6600. For info, there's now a
page at www.filesaveas.com/6600wap.html that details how to get o2 up
and running over both GPRS and dialup.
