How to get tower Registration ID with Nokia 6800

Does anyone know how to get the cell tower Registration ID with a
Nokia 6800? Anyone know if it is possible to have a j2me app get this
data?

The reason I post it is for the FAQ. Using the same data base, a j2me program
should be a breeze.
