Programming for 7210

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if it would be possible to write an application that
keeps a count of text messages that have been sent on a nokia 7210. Would I
need an SDK or some special compiler? Any help is appreciated.

I assume your using some version of windows
you want to get:
java_2sdk-1_4_1_02-windows-i586.exe
and:
j2me_wireless_toolkit-2_0-windows.exe
you can find these at http://java.sun.com
