    Hi
My 13 year old daughter is being plagued with nuisance calls. We did manage
to get the mobile No. Apart from going to the police, which I don't want to
do. Is there anyway we can track or trace this No.

    Thanks

If the nusance calls are bothering her the police are the best place to go,
either that or call your network and try and get the number of the caller
    blocked or traced.

What's a 13 year old doing with a mobile anyway?

well. in our country it's very common for 10-11 years to
    have mobiles.
    very convenient as a safe-device

    y/o's and becoming commonplace with 12-13 y/o's

In Australia the pre-paid service is marketed towards 13 - 20 years of age,
my sister had her first mobile at 13, a friend of hers had their first
    mobile at 10.

The thought of a point of contact between my parents and my sister is the
same reason children are receiving a mobile phone from older siblings or
    their parents.

Errr... same here, my cousin had her first mobile when she was about 12, I
was amazed at this time : so young to have one. I guess I wouldn't had one
at 12 or 13 (if mobiles were so popular at this time, I was 13 in 1994 so it
    wasn't the point).
