    Hi,

I recently got hold of a 3510i and notice a rather odd 'feature'....

I dial a phone number, press the green button, the right most button is
at that stage marked in the LCD 'end call'. As the call connection
progresses, the 'end call' turns into 'lock' and stays this way
    throughout the call.

Now, supposing you decide you have dialled a wrong number and press
'end call' and it has changed to 'lock' by the time you press it, the
phone locks itself. You then have to go through the unlocking button
sequence before you can press the red button to stop the call.

A similar problem presents itself if you accidently press the 'lock'
button during the progress of a normal call and you press the red
button then drop the phone in your pocket with it still connected.

I can't think why anyone might want to lock the keyboard up during a
call, so why did Nokia allow it to be locked?

    Colour screen... yes.

I'm not very feature driven and was happy with its predecessor the
3310. The 3510i has a brighter more easily read screen, but I do find
it very quiet on both audio output and when ringing. It was a second
hand buy. Does the 'I' signify the WAP enabled?

The major difference between the 3510 and 3510i, is the colour screen!
