Whilst trying to download games, ringtones, images etc from wap sites, my 6610 almost always (7 times out of 10 or so) says 'file format unknown'. I have 02 Pay and Go (Original) with the GPRS settings (I've tried sending them again, but doesn't make any difference) and phone version is V4.18. Why does the phone do this? What's wrong?
