When I press and hold 1 as instructed by the Nokia website the phone dials
a local number (which was stored in the phone book) and not the Nokia
Voicemail.
I have erased all the phone book numbers and disabled Speed-dialling and it
still dials the local number.
I then set the phone to factory default settings but it still dials that
local number!...when I press and hold 1.
This is driving me crazy...can anybody please suggest a remedy.
Thanks

On my phones the voicemail number is set at Messages / Voice
messages / Voice mailbox number. Have you looked there?
But I don't know what number you need for a 3310 (GSM).
