hi-
I've got a 8219 that is about 3 years old. The screen has a lot of
annoying dust all over it, behind the plastic covering. I'd like to
open it up and blow it out but the problem is that I can't get the
f@#$@#ing thing open! the user's manual says there is a button at the
top, that isn't true. Mine has no such button. It has something that
looks sort of like a latch on the bottom, but i've pushed on that like
crazy and nothing happens. I'm afraid I'm going to break the darn
thing trying to get the dust out. Other than that, it's been an
awesome phone.
Thanks,
troy

If it's an 8210 there IS a button at the top, it's part of the front cover
and goes into the frame of the phone.
