I have heard that you can still send photos from 3650/3660 to normal
PC without blootooth or infrared. This is dode by putting Blootooth
devise on USB port. Is this true? Does it work? I heard it would cost
45e.
Many thanks for your advice!

Yep,
you can buy a Bluetooth USB dongle (as it is called) and plug it into one of
your USB ports.
Manufacturers are Belkin (www.belkin.com) and D-Link (www.dlink.com), and
others
Get the cheaper versions, since your phone needs only a range of 10 meters
(not 100 meters).

Re: 3650 connection to USB by Blootooth devise
Well,
your 3650 has only range of 10 meters... so if you are using your dongle
only for your 3650 phone, 10 meters is enough.
If you are 90 meters away and your phone has a range of only 10 meters, your
phone will not be able to contact any USB dongle/card. Then you only have
one-way communication.
