its not.
its done by cable. bearing in mind that a 5146 ( ne 5130 on Orange) is only
a single band phone , so unlocking would only let you use it on t-mobile,
orange and virgin.

Of course thats to unlock it from the t-mobile network ( if thats what u
mean buy unlocking )
if u mean that the sims locked or u have forgot ur security code and need it
unlocking than thats different
( sim only done by operator, security lock done via cable )
