UK- Latest FREE ringtones inc UK Chart Top 10 (22nd Dec)

What you have quoted above Rob is the text displayed on the page where a
user can choose to pay for a ringtone or logo if they choose not to register
or don't have any remaining free service credits. It's displayed in a normal
text size directly below details of how to order the service and an
explanation of how to get the service for free. If you are a registered user
with free credits from registering on the site/referring others etc. then
you would be able to click on the "FREE" link and request the service for
the cost of a standard text message.

Do you know this because you have used our site or are you assuming that
INTOmobiles conducts it's business like many other companies? We do not spam
our users. In over a year the only messages we have ever sent to our users
are the various message alerts that users have selected to receive. Our
privacy policy (as most with most privacy policies) does allow us to send
messages about products and services that we believe our users would be
interested, but we have chosen not to.
