I'm Thinkin Bout Getting a New Phone-Got Any Advice

I am thinkin bout gettin a new phone. I currently have an NGage. It's ok,
but I gotta tell ya, the odd shape is gettin on my nerves. The fact that
the case currently designed for it is made for gamers first and users
second drives me nuts. They could have easily had another case made for
users. But, they didn't.

Anyways, on to what I would like for my new phone. Comments are accepted.

Bluetooth and iRDA
FM radio (I love this feature on the NGage)
SMS and MMS (tho I gotta tell you, I still don't have a clue what these are
for or how to use them)
Internet would be nice
Color screen (65k)
GSM (either dual or tri modal)
Great RF reception
MMC/SD capability would be nice
MP3's would be nice (tho stereo quality is not necessary)
Looks are not that important, but I still don't want a taco phone
PDA capabilities would be nice
Ability to sync with Outlook
Games would be nice, but not too important
Large phone book capability
One touch and two touch dialing
Reasonably inexpensive would be cool too

I can't think of anything else offhand. Is Series 60 better than anything
else? If so, add that in too. Anyone else got any comments?

Love the phone. Hate the almost a $1k price tag. Thx for the suggestion
