Operator Logo - Computer > Phone

i have an operator logo i made on photoshop by copying the proportions of a
logo i found on a website.

where/how can i now get the logo from my computer to my phone without
spending any (or very very little) money?

Right whinge over. What model of Nokia are you using? You will have to
have either a data cable or an infra red (IrDA) link to your phone.
You may be able to use Nokia's own software.

it's a 3310

i had a cable for my 3210, but that was a while ago + i'd rather not buy
another. it's for the sake of one logo, u know?

i remember there was a website where you could design your own logos +
import images etc. can't for the life of me remember the name tho.
