Hello, I've a friend who bought a IR adaptor for PC. She has a Nokia 7650
(I'm not sure) and she can't transfer his photos. Is it possible transfer
them with IR?
Of course, I will try it when she lend me his phone and the adaptor. Any
recomendation or something about take care?
Thank you all and Happy new year!!!

Re: Transfering images with IR
Yes, no problem.
I have a 7650 and some PCs equipped with IR, some with BT.
It works fine on either of them. :-)
The 'Nokia PC Data Suite' which came with the phone lets you move images either way - dead easy !
No need to buy anything else unless you want more facilities.
Also good for backing-up the 7650 phonebook in case you lose it or it breaks.
You need to get the IR adapter working right on the PC first.
Then connect the 7650 from about a foot away using Connect -> Infra-Red in the 7650 menu.
Next, start-up 'Nokia PC Data Suite' and set it to look for IR connections.
It should now find the 7650 and let you 'register' it with the software.
Kevin.
