7pm n/w and free Add-a-phones

On any plan with more that 500 any time minutes you can add a *NEW*
add-a-phone for free for the first 3 monthes with a 2 year aggreement.
Limit 5 phones per account of course.

You can also change your n/w minutes from 9pm to 7pm for $5 a month and a 2
yr aggreement.

A friend called on Nov. 10th and had it added to their plan with no Contract
change.

Some reps may read over that and let you do it with no contract change. The
stuff i have seen says that it shoud require it.

Do you happen to know what type of plan he had; i've noticed mention
of 500 minute plans or more.
