WHERE DID IT ALL GO WRONG FOR SPCS

One random customer calling and "challenging" Customer Care=20
about HomeLD charges (BTW, you *do* get charged the USF=20
fee), has very little (if anything) to do with how those=20
kinds of specialized business needs are handled.

AGREED - Except SprintPCS in its commercials says its all integrated now. If
its handled by different folks because its "specialized" its not integrated.

If you have such a problem with this Phillipe, start posting all the
telecommunications companies who provides services with different
divisions - landline, Wireless, LD, Internet, where one person can answer
questions for the whole company ...

You're missing the point, likely on purpose. No one
else is advertising (like Sprint is with Complete Sense) that wireless and
wireline are totally integrated.

You are not that stupid, Phill, so you must think everyone=20
else is. Having specialists does *not* mean it's not=20
integrated.

When I worked for a fairly major enterprise software=20
company a while back, they would take on a job by having=20
people who specialized in AS/400, another in Oracle,=20
someone in DB2, still another for licensing, and maybe a=20
senior sales rep if the negotiations were getting intense.

The DB2 rep didn't answer Oracle questions. The Oracle rep=20
did. And the Oracle rep didn't try to answer AS/400=20
questions.

And yet, it was all *still* considered integrated.

I guess you haven't seen the commercials where AT&T is shown as 2 guys in one
suit showing the separation of wireline and wireless at AT&T. It is zero
different at Sprint. Sprint lies when it says itsWireless and Wireline are
fully integrated, and you know it.

And gratuitous insults dio not change that, they only leave you as an
embarressment to SprintPCS.

they are integrated?

Apparently you didn't watch the ad to well either since you are
misrepresenting it. It stats that the Sales force for its Wireless
and Wireline is integrated, not the services. It even mentions you
only have to talk to one salesperson, not two. This ad also mentions
for your business, meaning it is meant for the business customers. If
you are going to portray an ad, make sure you have your facts right.
And the ad is correct in what it represents, unlike what you have
posted.
