SprintPCS has been running commercials telling how all its services are
integrated.
I have pointed out that is false as it is not true.
Interestingly today they have a press release saying they are cross training
towards that purpose.

Absolutely incorrect Phillipe ... The article you quoted said ... and I
quote "Sprint Corp. (NYSE:PCS - News) is training its business long-distance
sales force to sell its wireless products, and vice-versa, as part of the
integration of the two divisions, said Chief Financial Officer Bob
Dellinger."
Do you see anything above, or in the rest of the article, which discusses
cross training customer service? Not mentioned once. Dellinger was only
discussing the sales force. Your messages on this subject all were directed
on customer service ...

"is training" means they have not been trained yet.
Typical for a SprintPCS apologist

And your point is?

Spinning your wheels, are you? You bend one way, originally trying to equate
this into a customer service issue because an SPCS CS rep can't answer a
Sprint LD question and needs to transfer the call, then bend another,
posting an article and say it's the same thing, when the article is talking
about cross training selling for each of the sales unit for each division
.... This is totally two different issues.
About your argument on complete integration, what's your definition of what
that is suppose to mean? That everyone is suppose to know everyone else's
job? That a cellular tower installer should know how to handle CS? That a CS
rep should know how LD truck lines are handled? That a sales person in
either division should be able to handle Account Receivables? How about A/R
personnel doing data tech support on Vision?
Sears is supposed to be fully integrated, where one could go into buy a
chain saw, a diamond ring, get a set of tires or a tune up, get insurance or
invest in stocks and mutual funds. You probably think those people should be
qualified in all these fields too. Oh, and let's not forget the cooking
staffs. I guess they should be selling insurance too, then cooking up some
meat loaf, and then installing a timing chain on a 87 Ford?
How about a hospital? It's a diverse business and integrated with the
services they offer. You probably think that an orthopedist should offer
advice on a triple bypass, or a neurologist know what a urologist should
know!.
This will be my last post to you Phillipe under your 25+ id, DSL GURU ... as
it's useless to try to reason with your illogical reasoning, your failure to
answer questions, to try to dance around all the points made against your
position and fail, your cowardice in not sticking to one ID and your agenda
against SPCS ...
If I see you popping up with any new ID's though, I will call you out on
that.

My agenda is the truth, I do not apologize for False ads, bad service or lying
CSRs.

And "sales" doesn't mean "customer service", Einstein.

As has been mentioned many times, and Executive Services has confirmed to me,
CSRs have sales "goals", or as a SprintPCS employee posted here
"we're all salesman".

Strange way to look at it but that still does NOT mean that all
"salesmen" are CSR's..

Re: SprintPCS to soon start what it said it already did
So the SprintPCS apologists are bragging that SprintPCS has started
cross-training CSRs yet? Doesn't that make this "fully integrated" commercial
even more of a lie?

Yo, Phil- since when is long distance a part of PCS? I guess that this
article has nothing to do with PCS being integrated- its now the whole
Company, which is above and beyond the commercials.

And you don't tell the facts- only your slanted view, which often includes
intentional misquotes, personal opnion (not based in fact) and
out-of-context statements. You are the epitomy of the poor state of our
educational system, meaning that you don't have a clue about how things in
the real world truly are.

It isn't and thats my point.
BUT - Sprint commercials say its all integrated, but
[email protected] continues to feign not understanding so as to
apologize for the dishonest commercials.

Well since you don't, won't, or can't keep the same id Phillipe guess
your only point is to stir up trouble with misquotes, halftruths, and
such. Any other items you attempt to "prove" quickly get discounted
because of your dishonest ways. Maybe you need to watch the
commercial and actually listen to it because it doesn't say "its all
integrated". It refers to as a small business only having to talk to
one salesperson instead of 2, as would be the case with AT&T, which is
a true statement.

Did I ever say that Philippe is an ASS? In case I didn't, Philippe is an
ASS. What a nice guy he is that he so happily demunges somebodies email
address so that they will receive spam to no end. If there was any doubt
about this guy being worthless scum, just remember what he does here.

In all fairness ... I note that he didn't demunge the email address that
time. It was open to begin with. But, he has done it in the past, and so
my statement on Philippe looking like a rear-end stands.
