In a colleague's office over lunch time while he was calling.
Typical SprintPCS apologist. Covering up. You know there are Handle
    Times constraints.

I've never said there weren't, Phill. And you timed every=20
single transfer, huh? SURE you did, Phill. Just like you=20

But the other SprintPCS apologists in here are always denying there's
    such an issue.

Re: Port: Cingular -> Sprint...two weeks and counting

I just ported two phones from Nextel to Sprint. The whole thing tool about
three and half days to complete. My Nextel worked until the Sprint became
active and I never missed a beat. My only concern is the 100 or so numbers
in my address book that I have to manually transfer over, but I think if
people just relax and give it a chance this new technology will work. BTW,
reception on sprint is much better than Nextel in my area, South Fla.

You'd be a whole lot more interesting, Phil, and not so vulnerable to=20
belittlement, if you made even a **little** effort to be honest.

I have **never** claimed there were no problems. You were the one=20
making all the claims, none of which have borne out to be true.

Exactly. SprintPCS has so many problems, and thats why its
rated DEAD LAST in customer service.

Oh, hi, Phill. Another ID, I see. Show me. They've reported,=20
accurately, that your description of those problems is wrong. That does=20
NOT mean they deny problems exist.

The most clear example of this is your description of Mr Sobol as an=20
apologist, even though he is the victim of what he thinks is a very=20
fundamental flaw in our billing system when a customer moves to a new=20
    area code.

In fact, Phill, despite your claims, NO ONE is denying that SPCS has=20
problems. I've even agreed that at least some of them are big ones.

Disagreement with your bigotry is *not* denial.

Sure they are- based on old and outdated survey results. Show us something
more recent than a six month okd survey.

And the fact that you change as often as you do is why your
