Block a certain number from calling the phone?
Block any incoming calls?
Block all outgoing calls?
Block outgoing calls to certain numbers?
Block outgoing calls to 911 only?
Without more info, I'd guess you want all of the above. You could call
Sprint and cancel service to block calls to and from everyone except
911. To block 911 I'd also advise you to then destroy the phone, or
otherwise remove it from "someone's" access.

Not blocking, exactly, BUT ya can download a "silent" ringer and
configrue your handset to use the silent ringer when "They" call or
when you get a call with no or blocked caller ID. You'll get the
call, but the phone won't ring!

Yep, my previous solution would do that too...
I'm not actually aware of Sprint offering this. On many phones, you can
select a different ringer for CallID calls and no CallID calls. Set the
ringer for calls that have no caller id to silent, either by selecting a
silent option or downloading a silent ringtone from the likes of
3gupload.com.
Maybe someone else knows?

Re: Call blocking
No network way to block just a certain number or group of numbers (i.e. with
no CID).

to answer the original posters question...
yes, there is a way to block incoming calls where the caller has his
outgoing number set to be blocked. call *2 and have them activate
anonymous call rejection. i did this last week. just make sure they do
not change the status of your outgoing calls.
