#1 | | Guest | This is my story of how I got fuxking ripped off by Sprint. I went
into Costco and bought a phone. I asked at that time if I could
return the phone if I had reception problem etc, I live in the
mountains. The Sprint PCS representative told me, O yeah sure no
problem Sprint gives you 14 days of protection, with a no questions
asked money back guarantee. I leave Costco, go home with my phone and
find out it doesn't work where I live or for that matter most of the
county. Couple days later I go back and return the phone. Call up
Sprint they tell me to go down to their specific company store to
cancel the service. Then I waste half my day finding their store some
60 miles away. These rejects for humans tell me there I could have
done it over the phone once I get there. FUXK AN A I hate these
people. Then a month later I get a bill for 300 dollars. Call them
again, and they tell me what, im the one out of my mind. Its only
after I tell them specifically about the "14 day return deal" that I
get a o yeah sorry we are the FUXKING WORLDS DUMBEST folks we can help
by taking $200 off. The other 98 bucks they stiff me for. They tell me
to read my contract. 40 is for their "one" time sign up fee, and the
other is for the full 45 monthly fee that I used for 2 day, the other
10 was for misc fee's they grew out of their AZZ. The service gal
tells me the 14 days is for being able to return a 30 dollar phone. A
phone that Costco would already be happy to return for me.
What I want to say is FUXK YOU SPRINT, I HOPE YOU DIE AND DIE AGAIN
AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND YOUR CHILDREN GO HUNGRY. YOU DON'T SPREAD
LIES ABOUT GETTING 14 DAYS AND THEN CHARGE ME 100 BUCKS. I HOPE
ALL THAT WORK FOR YOU GET TAPE WORMS AND DIE A HORRIBLE PAINFULL
DEATH. IF SPRINT WERE A PERSON I WOULD STAB A PEN IN ITS EYE.
I HATE SPRINT, I HATE YOUR SERVICE/CONTRACT/LIES, AND I HATE THE FOLKS
THAT WORK FOR YOU, I HOPE YOU ALL ROT IN HELL.

#3 | | Guest | Still can't understand why people shopping for cell service don't check for
signal strength or call quality in the areas they frequent BEFORE they
commit under contract. Sure saves a hell of a lot of headaches. Even an
unactivated phone will give a good indication of signal strength and calling
Sprint CS will give a good indication of call quality. I've asked cellular
retailers to loan me old unactivated phones for a few hours to check out
their service around town and never had one refuse.
But like this guy, most people just jump in without having a clue then get
pissed when they "supposedly" find out it's not easy to get out of something
they legally signed and bound themselves to.

Bull****! He never signed a contract and as the company rep told him,
"O yeah sure no problem Sprint gives you 14 days of protection, with a
no questions
asked money back guarantee".
Protection from what, LOOSING "ALL" YOUR MONEY? Or is it a get "SOME"
OF YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
Most other carriers will give "ALL" of your money back on their
guarantee. None of this $35 activation non refundable crap. Oh would
you please bend over we have this KY jelly stuff and we.....
I know Sprint are assholes in this regard, and thats why my current
Sprint account is in annothers name.(he's dead now--I helped him set
up his account) I'll never get screwed by S* again.
I get 900 AT retention minutes (plus 5000 n&w) with a 15% discount for
$35 a month. Call claire and whine about "credit for lost call" 15-20
times a month and I'm down to $25!
Its my way of reclaiming my money theiy grabbed from me in a rather
assholio way.
And as a final chrismas cheery point id like to point out a favorite
SPCS post someone made a while back. http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=e...22%26spell%3D1 | | | |

Verizon does not refund that activation fee. I don't believe that
AT&T does either. In all cases, if you sign up for a two-year plan,
they waive the activation fee, so if you cancel, they can't withhold
it.
