Hi Rex,
If the service gets to be unusable I'll terminate without paying the
termination fee and will take it up with small claims if I had to. I
guess I'm kind of ornery that way ;0)
As for the cancelation fee if I were in the middle of a contract. I
don't suspect it would be an issue really as the free phones being
offered should more than make up the cost. One thing that the providers
are doing that I don't agree with is not pro-rating the cancelation fee.
That should be standard practice and I don't believe it is.

whole camera on a phone thing either. I mean I get it it's just that
