    From what I've seen, that's because they start your billing cycle on
    the day of (or day after) your activation. Hence, your billing cycle
    ends up being for a full month, and so are billed a full month.

    No, he's not nearly as bad as Phillipe. But Lawrence is definitely a
    veteran critic... he's been on here complaining about bad Sprint service
    since 1999. Why he chose to sign new contracts if service has been
    consistently that bad for him for over four years, I'll never know.
