Decrease Number of Rings before Voicemail

Is there anyway to decrease or increase the number of rings or seconds
before a call goes to voicemail? I have a Samsung N400 but I believe
this is a function of the voicemail system sprint uses not the phone.

I believe that you can't adjust it yourself, and that Sprint can't
adjust it for you, and that this is a function of the VM system, not the
handset.
