Anyone figure out how to do this yet?

I've tried exporting the invoice PDF to excel but most of it comes in
as junk. It's almost like they've intentionally used a font that won't
    convert.

This is going to annoy me. I want some way of tracking
minutes/phone#. But unless I can export to excel I can't do that.

You can do it with Sprint LD, but not with SPCS. It doesn't look possible to
export it into Excel format. You might try calling SPCS and ask for the
billing dept, and see if they can offer some advice.

I know of two products that convert PDF documents to MS Word documents
and preserve formatting. If they would turn the tabular information of
the SPCS bill into tabbed columns or a Word table, then you could copy &
paste that into Excel. Worth a try. The products are:

    http://www.verypdf.com/pdf2word/

Neither worked. Both resulted in files with A's with dots over then and
    E's and N's with ' over them.

Really seems like Sprint is intentionally doing this. I've converted
1000s of acrobat docs and never had this problem unless "garbage" was
intentionally inserted to prevent clean converts.

Have you tried emailing them from your manage page to enquire about it, and
to make suggestions to the billing dept. As I mentioned, with Sprint LD, you
    can directly download Excel spreadsheets.

Good luck. I've submitted this suggestion internally, too,=20
and didn't even get an answer in response.

    O/Siris:

I used to cut and paste detail from the detail webpage into excel. But
after the last upgrade made to the site, I can no longer cut and paste using
IE 6.0. I believe cut & paste still works with IE 5.0 and Netscape. I
tried reporting this through CS but have gotten nowhere.
