Another thing to keep in mind: You cannot simply decide to roam in=20
another country. International Roaming must be enabled on your account. =

Call the number at the bottom of the page Bob Smith provided AT LEAST 7=20
days before you intend to travel. They can confirm coverage where=20
you're going, and even they even maintain a stock of
GSM phones and can=20
make phone rental arrangements.
I stress that because we get quite a few calls on this (more than I'd=20
expected when accepting a job at SPCS). A CSR can setup International=20
CALLING (from US to other countries), although that takes a few days and=20
a fraud checkup. But this team is the only one that can enable using=20
your phone in another country.
