Is there any way to get caller ID information for incoming calls between
    bills?

I ask because I just sold something to someone on eBay. The guy paid with
PayPal so I sent the item to him. Now PayPal tells me that the payment was
fraudulent so they reversed the charges out of the blue and now I'm screwed.
So much for relying on PayPal to get paid... Now they're asking me for all
kinds of info, and I'd like to give them his phone number but I didn't keep
it after he "paid" - however, it did show in my caller ID. Even if I never
get paid, I'd like to see them give him a taste of some justice.

I called customer solutions but they were unwilling to help me - they told
me I have to wait for my bill to get a detailed record of incoming calls. If
I don't give PayPal as much info as possible this guy is going to get away
with screwing me out of several hundred dollars. I'm not a happy camper. I
know the info is available, and I know that it's not private or
confidential. How can I get someone at SPCS to help me out?

I know the exact day and hour that he called. I didn't have many incoming
calls at that time so it wouldn't be looking for a needle in a haystack. If
this is something you need to reply to offline please feel free to email me.

Thanks in advance for any assisatance or insight you might be able to offer.

Not from a customer. Law Enforcement can get a court order for it. =20
From what I understand, we consider that a privacy protection. You=20
*may* be able to get a subpoena for it if you're willing to take the=20
    legal trouble for it.

Call in and immediately ask for a supervisor. If there's a way around=20
this, regular reps don't have the authority to do it.
