Every time when I go to Tijuana Mexico, my phone logs on perfectly fine to
the PCS NETWORK and it doesn't roam at all. Because I have not to!. I am
wondering why? I can use the pcs network to my laptop and check my emails
    right in Mexico.

    I have a snyo 4900 and I don't think its a GMS phone, Although I have access
to call to that country I travel a lot from my cellphone. You think that
    might be why?

    Uhhh.... no.

Seeing as how Tijuana is *literally* right across the border from San Diego,
I guarantee you are connecting to Sprint PCS towers in the US.

It is impossible to force cellular coverage to end at a certain political
boundary unless you can bend the laws of physics, and I don't know anyone that
    can.

    It's because radio signals don't know they're crossing=20
borders. Obviously, you're still close enough to a SPCS=20
    tower to get signal.

    I work for SprintPCS
    I *don't* speak for them.
