Ok....I give up....I will give you the list of phones where screen breakage
    is a known issue.

    1. Those that get dropped really hard...
    2. Those that get stepped on.
    3. Those run over by cars.
    4. Those that, those that, those that......

    Good lord...........grow up.

You miss the point. There are some phones that get hot from use, and
that thermal stress in some cases can break a screen through zero fault
of the user. There are a few model phones that Sprint knows screen
breakage is an "issue" and will fix if one insists. But it is a secret
list, abd different customers are treated differently, because generally
the rule is anny screen breakage is customer abuse, as you seem to think.

So tell us which ones? Otherwise it is secret, Or more likely
screen breakage is "abuse" as SprintPCS will lamely claim.

It doesn't even take insisting, Phillie. If it is=20
determined by the manufacturer to be warranty-covered, then=20
we replace it under warranty. Period.

Actually, screen breakage *is* more likely to fall under=20
abuse/misuse than it is by any thermal expansion.

Here's another question for you to ignore, as you've done=20

say that, because *I* won't post this "list" you want to=20
    see, it's a secret?

You're being this dense on purpose, Phillie. You must be. =20
No one with enough IQ to pick out one keyboard key from=20
    another can be *that* stupid.

I don't diagree with that, although I have no figures. But thats not the
    question here.

There are cases where screens may break through zero fault of the user.

You have admitted that in some cases its a known issue, and under some
circumstances Sprint PCS might replace a screem. The question is,
"Which phones have that known issue". Sprint PCS might well have the
right to keep that information secret, but

    - you keep claiming its not secret

    - I would maintain a Customer Friendly company would publish such a list.

So the question that you keep skirting around is: "Would you post the
    list?"

My suspicion here is that phill has dropped his new phone, the screen
went out and this POS is trying to get someone from PCS to post a list
w/ the hope that his model will on there so he can try to cheat his way
    into another one for free.

Show me any wireless carriers who openly posts a list of manufacturers
    defects on their handsets.

    None will.

BUT - I know the answer, which phones are covered, but before I answer
that question, I think the masses would like to see why YOU returned
    to Sprint PCS.

Is it because you actualy realized that AT&T is worse? Is it because
AT&T didn't play your game whenever you whined and cried and wanted
everything for free? Is it actualy because Sprint isn't as bad as you
    claim them to be?

Interesting, too, you're bragging all the time that Sprint PCS is
losing money, that all call center reps are going to get laid off for
cutbacks, yet you keep bragging that Sprint gave you this for free, or
that for free. Sounds like YOUR contributing to the problems that
    you're complaining about.

So, answer everyone's question and I'll answer your's. Fair deal?
