Let them send you a check! It'll probably take several weeks, but if the
account is closed with a credit balance, it should be automatic. I'd say,
if you don't get the check within 6-8 weeks* you should call and try to find
out where it is.
*This is a guess - I've never cancelled a Sprint PCS account
