I just closed my account.......my question is,would they send me my credit left in my account?


Last time I talked to them when I still have my phone in service, they told
me that they would send the credit left in my account as long as it is over
$1 which he didn't tell me that I have around $10 on the phone. Then my
account is closed, and I received a statement says that I still have credit
in my account. Do you think they would send me without me inform them? Or
I should claim for that myself? Thanks for your suggestion!

Let them send you a check! It'll probably take several weeks, but if the
account is closed with a credit balance, it should be automatic. I'd say,
if you don't get the check within 6-8 weeks* you should call and try to find
out where it is.

*This is a guess - I've never cancelled a Sprint PCS account

With any Cellular account, they will wait until they are sure, that all of
the roaming charges are have been submitted by other carriers ( if any )
then they will send you a check.
