    Executive Services claims plan changes are only supposed to take effect
    at the beginning of your next billing period. CSRs usually ignore this
    rule, and customers prefer their new plans take effect immediately;
    however this then can be the cause of billing issues, some real, some
    only perceived.

    And again why is someone being misinformed when the information only
    comes from SprintPCS???

    Sorry, troll- you are walking proof that misinformation is much more widely
    available from a source other than Sprint PCS. I noticed that you are now
    doling out misinformation on the Cingular group, talking about phones and
    features you know nothing about.

    If Executive Services discussed that the situation with me,
    what problem do you have with my recounting it here, other than (as
    often happens) it proves you wrong??? Where did I say we discussed
    someones else's account? LIAR.
