There have been "known issues" with phones screens breaking or bleeding
without physical abuse or the screens not being "strong enough" which
will qualify for a warranty replacement. The 8100 is not one of those
phones.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
No cellular manufacturer conisders a screen a warrantable item. ~90% of
the time they only break from abuse. Sprint will not help anyone. Surely you
learned that in training.
Costco, Macy's, Foleys, etc will do something for a customer.

Your fabrication contradicts itself, Phillie.First it speaks of known=20
issues being covered, then it says none are. And even the one that=20
says none are *also* says "~90%" of such items are abuse.
So much for your definition of "proof."

Quit with the insults, name the phones or lose whatever credibility you
have left.

The problem? You mean other than the problem that the post says that in
some models, known issues with the screen qualify under the warranty?
Read it again real slow, and get out the See n Say for the big words.

Hmm, again with the multiple ID's. Not that it wasn't already known,=20
but you're posting back and forth as both "Cell Merger" and "Robert=20

You've posted links before when you had them to give. And when you=20
make things up, you don't. Your pattern here is well established and=20
consistent.

Liar if as has been posted there are 4 model phones that SprintPCS will
warrant, then list them.
If you won't then it is a SECRET.
You can't say its not a SECRET, and then not post the names.
Whoops, I forgot, LIAR that you are you would.

And only you, the originator of lies, mistruths and bad advice, would make a
statement that everything posted here is true, and not subject to
verification.

Its not a secret if it is common knowledge among a group of people.
Besides, Sprint (or any other company) owes you absolutely no obligation to
divulge any information that has no bearing on the current state of your
account with them. Your little fishing expeditions don't qualify, and your
really bad suppositions don't either.

Sure he can- he knows how many people work at his call center, but doesn't
post it here. That doesn't make it a secret.

No- troll that you are you would twist and misquote it to suit your own
juvenile purposes.

The real point is SprintPCS lousy customer service with respect to bad
screens. Tech Geek says there are 4 models of phoines with an admitted
problem that Sprint will replace. I noticed you still say nothing,
confirming it still is a customer unfriendly secret; just like the
SECRET recall of the Samsung 8500 phones

You proved it for me already. You won't post the names of the 4 Sp[rint
model phones that a store MAY replace a defective screen on.
