There have been several mentions of this "current offering" in these
newsgroups. Is there anyone out there who actually asked for, and
received, this plan? I currently have the same deal but with only 450
AT minutes, and everyone I actually talk to says I have the best plan
they've seen. Anyone who actually works for Sprint reading here? I'm
a 4-year customer currently month-to-month, but would sign a new
two-year contract for a better plan.

    thanks,

    Martin

Actually it is 300 minutes for $30, with Bonus minutes.

Bonus minutes may be 100, 150, 200 or 300 minutes.

Sorry you want to keep retention plans secret when even your employer
    doesn't.

No promrose path, just some nice savings for long time customers. New
customers can not get these rates.

No different than anybody else- I though you would have learned that over on
    the AT&T group.

I was able to get 750 AT minutes, Unlimited N/W minutes, nights starting at
    8PM & unlimited PCS-PCS for $40/month. I am a year and half customer who
was originally on the 300 for $30/month plan.

I just called them up, told them I heard about it and said that I wanted it.
They gave it to me with no hassles.

Thank you for confirming this. I don't understand why the blind sprintpcs
apologists want to obfuscate the easy ability to call up the Cancellation
Department and get a "retention" plan. There is no Retention Department at
    Sprintpcs.

Yes there is- its the Cancellation department. Are you actually that
    retarded, or are you vocabulary-challenged.?

Speaking of childish games of semantics. There is no "Retention Department" any
more. Cancellation handles retention, but its not a separate department. Just
ask any CSR in Cancellation. They'll set you straight.

Funny how the Cancellation team was created at exactly the same time that
Retention went away, and is manned by the same group of people that were in
the former Retention team. Play all the games you want- I have provided
instances where other providers have renamed their Retention groups- this is
    no dofferent.

Well gee you just proved there is no Retention Department anymore.

    Such childish arguments you make.

    I didn't say that.

I have to, in order for it to be fair to you- no sense going over your head.
