yes, and yes.
The VM4500 has a bigger internal screen (2.1 vs 1.8") and can record
Video Clips.

This opens up a can of worms. There never was a press release announcing
the "rollout" of SMS, and the website often talks about "Messaging",
and doesn't tell one whether you are dealing with Short Mail or SMS.
