No I'm hard on their ego mania, their refusal to admit when they are
wrong and their insulting people when they are shown to be wrong. Smith,
Veldhouse, and the others with the bad language have long since been put
    in my kill file

If they would be more consistant and not try to pretend they know the
answer to everything, such that they didnt have frequent wrong answers
they'd be more credible and useful.

This news group is about SprintPCS. It becomes a lot less useful if it
only is about what some decide is good things about SprintPCS. Or if the
apologists label anyone who posts anything they don't like as a TROLL or
    worse.

I'm very sorry SprintPCS is rated worst in Customer Service by JD Power,
The Yankee and Consumer Reports. But insulting me, does not lengthen the
handle time CSRs have to operate under.

When have you ever admitted a mistake? Not here, not in the AT&T or
Cingular groups, either. And you have NEVER proven anyone wrong- you have
only provided editorialized opinions that are not based in direct knowledge
or fact. Some of us DO know what we are talking about.

As pointed out before, there are certain categories of threads that many of
us choose not to post, just for the reason we don't know the answer. You,
on the other hand, have no such control, and you make up answers when you
    don't know it.
