A+++. It has never been even a C. It may be fast, but they don't even
hold
an hours contents in may groups. Look in mn.general and see just how
many
postings are retained and for how long. I mush admit I have not looked
at
it since January. USWest was and is known for its bad news servers, I am
sure with the direct lineage of MediaOne from USWest, you can expect to
see
the same crap for sometime from them too. So far they are living true to
form.

As far as support. They send you an email that says that they will get
backto you within 24 hours. I received an anwer to a mail I sent after
1 MONTH.More than 24 days. They do not have enough tech support and yet
they still
sell, sell sell. I can not wait for DSL in my area (mixed guage wire at
15200 feet). If things were to work out better from MediaOne, I wouldn't
want DSL so much. If you call them you will wait on hold for over 40
minutes, and they will usually give the the stock answer ... "Let us try
to
rebuild you TCP/IP stack". To the average Joe, that sounds good, but it
is
rarely the solution. If you check out their network status web page, you
will see that everything is A-OK. Of course that was true in December
when
the page was last updated. God Damn Idiots!!! Their network (or POP)
goes
down all the time and their web page NEVER reflects that.
