I could see a use for this, anyone here have one or try it out? How is the
quality of the videos, do they work in dim light, good sunlight only? Is it
video only, no sound? How long does it take to upload a 15 sec video? Any
problems with network congestion, no capacity?

Can you send videos from one phone to another?

The phone itself, good battery power, able to roam on analog as well as CDMA
    networks?

    Thanks for any replies

I am not much help here as I have not had hands on experience with
them... but I saw one being used on the "Ellen" daytime talkshow when
Ellen gave one of her stage hands a "Sprint Video Phone" and sent him to
the Super Bowl to record footage for the show. The videos were
relatively short, but looked decent enough to decipher what was going on
-- especially given that it was being taped and broadcast on tv through
    a tv camera.
