Wish I could be of help, but the best I can do is tell you that
syncing the i500 works fine for me. I only did it briefly with Palm
Desktop; since then I've used various versions of MS Outlook via the
Chapura software that is included -- but it goes through the same USB
drivers. It's been working fine now since August 2003.

It's probably the most complete i500 forum around. Try searching there
before posting, of course. I recall some people who had problems using
a copy of the CD downloaded from the Samsung website that didn't work;
it was either different from or a corrupted version of the one you get
from Sprint with the phone. But if you have the original Sprint CD,
that's not your problem.
