Okay, so back to my original question of this thread ... what is this
"factory installed software" and how do I find it to delete it? I want to
free up as much as possible, including those god-awful dumb ringtones that
are installed on the phones if possible. I'd much rather have a phone that
has things on it that I like rather than a bunch of crap on there that some
dumbass thought was good.
