Mobi-Mlb and other streaming audio?

Being a transplanted Cub fan I decided to try out the Mobi-Mlb service
from Sprint. I found it to have intermittent audio of varying
qualities depending on which station I was connected to. Some channels
especially the MLB.com channel exhibited severe dropped audio and no
resumption of sound at all from it. Other channels had similar effects
yet not as severe usually. Not one channel performed without audio
difficulties.
I am curious as to others here for what they have experienced using
streaming audio or listening to baseball games such as I and on what
phones you may be using for this.

My phone is a Sanyo 4900 (when first came out).

Also, I experience these troubles with a good phone signal.
