This happened a couple of times last week, and once or twice over the
    weekend.

I get a call, and on my screen it says "Jack's cell" and when I answer
the call, its someone else. and they said "Oh sorry, wrong number"
This happened two times in a row. Then the third time, its Jack.
He said "I called twice, and someone else picked up."

Then it happened with someone else's also (Jen's cell, etc)

It seems like if someone makes a call to me, their call goes to
someone else, and someone else's call goes to me.
But the original persons number shows up, even though its not their
    phone.

What could be the problem? I dont think they are Sprint
    customers...maybe AT&T?

I have the Samsung 8600 (I think) its the flip phone, about 3 years
    old.

    Thanks

There has been talk of issues with some Lucent hardware (I think it's=20
Lucent's stuff. Could be Nortel) in routing calls in those areas in=20
which the applicable hardware is installed. We've been working with=20
the hardware provider (still think it's Lucent) to resolve it. That=20
    could be the case here.

I had a call yesterday from someone having the exact same problem. I did a
trouble ticket, when it's closed I'll see what info it has on it. I'm off
until the 21st, though, so it will be awhile. You might just want to call in
and do your own ticket (unless you're the guy I talked yesterday, in which
    case, Hi. )
