They are being tested now - the 7750, just like the unit Verizon sells.

Sprint PCS corporate reps have come in with pre-release literature and such.
Expect business sales in October and consumer sales in November, more than
    likely.

Do you know if these are going to be CDMA phones, or GSM, or both? And when
you say "have come in", can you be a little more specific about how you know
this? I'm still within the 30 days on an AT&T model, and I'd like to know if
in fact I should be returning it.

Right now, I think RIM is more concerned about whether they will
actually be allowed to continue selling ANY Blackberry devices in the
    near future:

The appeal is still in litigation. If they lose the appeal, bye bye
Blackberry. Just another example of how overbroad patents can kill good
    technology.

Given this, I think it will be awhile before Sprint-Blackberry question
can be answered. It would be unwise for Sprint to strike a deal now
only have it vanish later, just like what happened with the SonyEricsson
    T608.

Uhm, any Sprint version of the product would have to be CDMA.

Hey, Isaiah, do you still feel this way given the recent news release
announcing a Blackberry device for Sprint PCS?

We'll see. I fear that RIm is stuck with a very dumb administrative law
judge who has no qualms about ending Blackberry service over an overbroad
    patent.
