Sprint PCS rated #1 in West and Northeast.

Wonder why Phil didn't post this? He lives and dies by JD Power.

What are you gonna ***** about now, Phil? They're making a profit and no
longer have the worst Customer Service.

Crap- wrong survey- this one is call quality. Sorry for the mistitle,
although I'm glad to see the high numbers in this category as well.

Interesting. The do still need some work in the North Central and Mid-
Atlantic regions, but #1 in Northeast, #1 in West, #2 in Southwest and
    #3 in Southeast.

Guess the CEO's directive to clean up CS really worked...

What shocks me: in the West, only ATT ranks below Verizon. OTOH, maybe
others are having the same problems I've recently had with VZW.

Did you notice that Phillipe's provider, Cingular is below SPCS in every
    region?

Bob ::LMAO at Phillipe right now::

Did Phillipe ever say why he left Sprint (this time) and how he got out of
his contract? I remember he wrote something about Executive Services lying
to him and it was shortly after that he supposedly left but just wondering
    why.
