First off mommy ... I don't mention him in every one of my posts. Next, I
did mention him in this prior post, as he's spouted JD Power reports for the
past 2 years, and when it shows SPCS is improving, he gets a big case of the
quiets in here. The irony is that he moved his coverage to a provider who is
less rated than SPCS ...
