Sprint will do anything it takes to not deal with customers. They will avoid
you until they can no longer and then they'll do stuff like this. Or they'll
just hang up on you 15 times because they've made you angry with their
apathetic attitude then note your account that you were "verbally abusive"
for yelling at them. Well, here's a hint: do your job and don't make the
experience stressful for me and I won't yell. Fair enough?

Sorry, I haven't had the same experience with SPCS... mine's actually been
quite good. Not perfect, but definitely not horrible by a longshot.
