Actually, there are a few devices coming out that handle North American
CDMA
and European
GSM in the same box. No hand helds yet.

First, realize that T-Mo is a different cellular technology than
Sprint PCS. You're extremely unlikely to *ever* find a phone that
would cross over between those two carriers. That said, there's word
of both a Windows Mobile and a PocketPC device due out sometime this
year.
As with any unreleased phone, dates are not set in stone.
