I think it was last week that I was on a thread talking about getting a new phone. Anywho, I called the number that my co-worker called to get another phone. The guy on the other end was great, he actually got several of us phones at our company. He waived the activation fees and gave us each 1,000 minutes for $60.00 with their free Walkie talkie phones and the free night minutes starting at 7:00 and free calling to every Sprint Pcs customer. He even extended our return policy.

Yes, that's a good deal.

Wait till you get your first billing statement and see if you REALLY got
what he promised.
I suspect he yanked your chain...but time will tell.

Perhaps not if it was an SPCS business rep. I suspect they have a lot more
leeway to do deals than the retail reps do.

Perhaps ... but extending the phone return policy beyond 14 days is
almost certainly not among their options.

True, however this rep may have more authority than what's published on the
web.

The Good Deal
I know that we'll get everything we were offered, and yes we spoke to a business center that sells business and residential, but they had offers that we couldn't get in a store. The 60 day extended return policy is only available on some phones with some deals, but we have everything in writing and on a binding contract even the extended 60 days. Because they sell nationwide and they are trying to leverage the competition they have a lot more lead way than stores or the web.
But I greatly appreciate all of the replies.
