Actually, Barely half the reps outside of Vision tech support even=20
seemed to know that the $30 Vision pack was there, much less that it was=20
required on PocketPC phones. And of the ones that *did* know of it,=20
half of those thought it applied to *all* PDA phones.

Fun, huh?

By the book, a swap to a PDA phone has to be done in our system, and the=20
rep is supposed to automatically add the PocketPC version of Vision if=20
the customer want's Vision.
