The things one must do to rid themselves of the cross dressing drug queen
pin, Sam Sacco, of Sprint PCS.

You must first merge the stock of PCS and FON in an attempt to prevent him
from destroying the PCS shares.

Then, you must downsize and cut out the fat of the company, eliminating
thousands of jobs, all for the sake of getting rid of one man.

Even after he was fired, he crawls back out of the mess and manages to
blackmail his way to another position inside the company, despite the
massive liability issues from Sacco's personal use of PCS monitoring
equipment for he and his friend's personal use and profit.

Did I mention there is at least one torture death attribuited DIRECTLY to
Sacco's use of this equipment, all illegal, and the subsequent torture of
those he believes he identitified who talk on their cell phones and don't
like him and his wife's fire fighter friends?

Now, you have to merge two companies together which will eliminate another
few thousand jobs just to rid the telecommunications industry of one Dego
who is in the Italian Mafia and likes to hurt people and break the law for
fun and profit.

I bet you LaMottia and Anson will go with him this time. Oh, wait, Anson is
already gone.

It would have been better if you let Sacco's victims sue him for his
liablous and criminal deeds, PCS and OPD, rather than cover them up. Now you
are all liable and Sacco will flip to the otherside once he realizes his job
is kaput.

Rock on, LaMottia! YOU are now the bad guy, so says Sacco.
