Is this a classic Sprint story, and does anyone have a clue how to get a
Blackberry from Sprint?

Someone I know bought a Blackberry from Sprint 2 weeks ago. Credit card was
charged, Blackberry doesn't show up. Sprint tells him they see that the card
was charged, but the order was canceled. No reason given. Can they refund
the money? Of course not. Given name of Doreen something or other, with a
phone number, who apparently doesn't return calls, and who nobody else
knows. 4-5 hours later, gets a credit from Sprint from the one rep who knows
how to game the system. End of story.

Anybody yet order a BB from Sprint and actually get it? If so, who'd you
call? Many (most?) stores don't have it yet.
